ARA is one of the largest providers of outpatient imaging in central Texas. Our 100+ radiologists include physicians with subspecialty training in interventional radiology, neuroradiology and neuro-interventional surgery, body imaging, digital mammography and women’s imaging, musculoskeletal imaging, nuclear medicine, and pediatric radiology. With 17 outpatient imaging centers and 20 hospital locations in the area, every area resident has access to all modalities of outpatient imaging. Plus, ARA was named an Austin Top Workplace for 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018.

Company History
For over 60 years, ARA has committed itself to investing in the latest technology in order to provide the highest quality of care to referring physicians and patients in central Texas. Along the way, ARA has pioneered such imaging related services as 3T MRI, multi-detector CT (64 slice), PET/CT, and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and is the only radiology practice in town with pediatric radiology and outpatient nuclear medicine studies. “Excellence in imaging” is the stated goal and continuing reality of ARA.
